Moroccan Oil Hair Repair & Moitsure Trio ♥

I am so excited to be able to give you a mini review of the Moroccan Oil Hair Repair & Moisture Trio!! I got this for one of my birthday presents from my parents (which you can read about on my previous blog post) however, I am pretty sure that my older sister had a lot to do with this gift!

This trio has made my hair fabulously soft and shiny! It was really easy to brush through, and my hair is now completely frizz free.

When actually applying the shampoo in specific, the more water added in small amounts, meant that the shampoo expanded more and more. At first, I wasn't too impressed and seemed that it would be a wasteful product, yet thankfully I was wrong!

As for the conditioner and oil, the saying 'a little bit goes a long way' really does apply! I have had a small bottle of the oil since my 16th birthday, and it's still going strong, so I have high hopes for the new bottle which I am yet to open, and both the shampoo and conditioner :)

The box actually advises to re-apply a few drops of the oil treatment through out the day, however I have not felt the need to do this, as it lasts nicely in my hair until the next wash (Sundays and Wednesdays for me).

I cannot sing enough praise for this product, and I will definiely be re-purchasing. Although the miniature bottles are brilliant for travelling, after having tried it out, I would like to buy the bigger bottles of the shampoo and conditioner for at home :)

I don't know where my set was bought from, but if you fancy a cheeky purchase, then I have found it for a brilliant price at Look Fantastic

Have you tried Moroccan Oil? What do you think? :)

17 ♥

Up until now, I have always wanted to be 17; not 16, not 18, but 17 seemed to be the age to be. On Monday 3rd, I FINALLY turned 17!!

I celebrated at the weekend with a few friends, and today I am going to Disneyland Paris !!:) It was also my younger brother, Dylan's 16th birthday on Monday, so we are taking him and some of his friends too :)

Every year I get even more surprised with the gifts I recieve, and feel so thankful to have such generous and kind family and friends. Because of this, I really want to share them with you!:)

The picture is of me and my Grandma ♥

One of my lovely friends made me a massive boquet of my favourite chocolates and biscuits, and it looked insanely amazingly gorgeous! However, I did eat most of it before I got the chance to take a picture of it!! My parents also got me a pogo stick (!!) my provisional licence with suprise lessons on the day (!!) and Dylan got me a Stitch onesie :) <-- I have wanted one of these for so long and I am obsessed!

I really am so unbelievably grateful for everything which I recieved, and this birthday definitely has been one which I will never forget. So thank you to everyone who made it as special as it was ♥

NOTD ♥

I'm not a massive fake nails lover myself. Although I do think that they look nice, I have always had the fear that they would look stupid on me, and also that they would completely ruin my nails.

However, when browsing the aisles of Primark, I saw these nails for only £1! As an owl obsessed teenager, I really did feel the need to purchase, and the price was hardly hefty.

To my suprise, I am really pleased with the nails. I did file them down because they were way too long, but they're lasting really well, and feel gorgeous!

Primark offered a range of gorgeous style nails (I'm thinking of buying these black and white polka dot/cat ones next) and for the cheap price of £1, it's hard to refuse!

Do you wear false nails often? Which ones do you prefer?

Stila One Step Correct ♥

After having been eyeing this product up for some time now, at the beginning of January I finally made the plunge to purchase Stila's One Step Correcter.

The different lines of colour in this primer have always fascinated me, and as I have extremely rosey cheeks, it's perfect to tone the redness down a little. Whenever I wear this primer, my foundation always looks glowing (in a good, soft and dewy way) the make up look lasts all day and night, as well as, of course, reducing redness!! Stila claim that One Step Correct "immediately improves skin tone, evens out your complexion and helps smooth fine lines" and I definitely agree.

Although the price (£24.00 Boots) may appear steep, it is a primer, and through the handy pump the amount used is also easily controllable, so it should last a while. PLUS if you buy from Boots, you will be getting your Advantage Card points ...
* green - minimizes redness
* lavender - counteracts sallow undertones
* peach - brightens, illuminates and helps diminish the appearance of sun spots

Always on the look out for new products, I would love to know of any primers you recommend? I am thinking my next one will be a Smashbox one.
